Go to Home Depot or Lowes and get some granulated Ortho Spider Killing Goodness and spread it on your lawn.

Looks like a member of the Syringer species.

I don't know what it is but I would probably piss myself and scream like a little girl if I saw that inside my house! If I were you I'd just hope they stay outside where they belong!

Looks big enough to possibly kill mice, which should be a good thing around your house. As long as it stays outside... :D

I can't say that I agree completely. If you could find a picture of one of their webs then we could definately figure it out a little more. The funnel weaver spider looks a little thinner than the spider posted... but you guys may be right. The coloration and features are very similar.
