Same here state 08. I've been pretty loyal to iTunes since it was first released for Windows, but it's pretty rough right now on Vista

Isn't the Zune hard drive only? If it is, it's in a different class than the other two players listed.

For me, and what I use it for, my Sansa e260 is almost perfect. And, since it shows up as a flash drive, it should work on almost all OSes out there (OS X and OpenBSD seem to have issues with it though... Windows XP and Linux work just fine).

Yep. You're not going to cram too many videos onto flash. It's a 30gig unit.

Well I haven't updated my iPod since I got Vista at the beginning of February. But I'm going to in the next few days and I'm counting on Ephpod to work... although I don't know if is Vista compatible.

iTunes works fine for pretty much everything, the problems that remain deal with synchronizing of some iPods.

Couldn't get ephPod to work on Vista... but then I couldn't get it to work on XP either when I tried reinstalling on my laptop... apparently I am now ephpod-retarded...

I did get iTunes to work fine on Vista though

Well it's not like I use it as a media player or buy things off iTunes. It is only there to load mp3s onto my iPod -- not even sync.

My big problem with iTunes on Vista deals with the video playback -- its absolutely horrible. I haven't had any problems w/music playback or iPod sync, but the video playback is so choppy and slow that it is unwatchable, and I'm not exaggerating. I have a good comp too - 2gigs of ram, FX60, 7900 gt - so I don't know what gives. Anyone else having this problem?

BTW I'm using Vista Home Premium x86
