WTF is this? Spider bite? Poison dart wound?

About an hour ago I noticed two very small bumps right next to each other on my shoulder.

Now this thing appears to have turned into a ring with an indent in the middle.

I'm not noticing any pain or anything but I have been taking Tylenol all day because my neck hurt really bad this morning.

Anyone know WTF that mark is and if I should be worried?

All the red is gone now, that was just from me scratching it when I thought it was a mosquito byte. After putting ice on it it is almost gone now (I can still feel it) but it doesn't even look close to what I see in pictures of ringworm.

EDIT: I'm going to see the doctor tomorrow

Okay, I just checked under UV light in complete darkness. This is not ringworm or Lyme Disease.

It is pretty much gone now anyways. I can only barely feel it.
