I just Googled "Samir Shabazz". The DOJ did dismiss the suite against two of the three defendants. The DOJ did not explain why, or I have not found an explanation of why this was done.

I think this issue is not going to go away and eventually we will find out why the suite was dismissed against two of the three defendants.

"Malik " was dropped because the charges against him were lame. He wasn't even there.

Here's a video. I don't know what other videos there are - this video seems pretty lame. A white guy standing there says there is no problem.

It would be interesting to see what the actual turnout for that precinct was. The 'King' didn't seem very intimidating to me in that video. He seemed a little annoyed to me by his comment about all the people coming up there and video taping him but I didn't see anything threatening. I'm not defending the guy or anything he ever said but, as usual ...
