2nd interviews are quite common.
I have a 2nd tomorrow. Well, 2nd in person interview with the person that is my potential bosses boss.
It is quite common to do this in the real world. Get used to it.
Usually the process consists of a phone interview, in person with the direct hiring manager/VP, and then 2nd with the VP/Sr. VP.

Against my better judgment, I went. It wasn't an interview and turned out to be a job offer so they got me this time. I knew I shouldn't have went. In celebration, I did a line of coke. Now they want me to take a physical. I don't think I'm gonna fall for their bluff this time.
