Aside from the fact that Nike sells clothing, and not photos of clothing, it appears you don't understand the difference between trademarks and copyrights.

So would youtube be removing people's videos if a crappy picture I drew and left in a hotel lobby ended up in the background of some families vaction video?
Wow, so full of fail.
If decoding dish network was so legal and allowed, why do canadian hardware dealers get busted all the time?
My uncle just pays for 4 dishes and gives us one of them. We send the payments out from here in America. He and his buddies use the other 3 with no issues that I can tell.
Wrong. Go troll elsewhere PJW!!!
The FCC is a united states agency you retard.
Yep, search on the net, ANYTHING broadcasted in the public airwaves becomes private domain, as long as you don't use the song/movie to replicate a million CD's and start selling them for profit. Do you think the government would have allowed cassette players to have the ability to record radio?
This is why I get free DishNetwork satellite TV here in Canada, the law states that whatever signal in bombarded to your backyard and invades your home space is free for you to use as you like, Dishnetwork's signal is invading my house but I don't mind![]()
LOL now you will truly look like a retard for not searching your info before you open your trap, Canada's telecommunications/electronics standards abide by FCC's guidelines by default, every product imported here is okay as long as it's FCC approved. Guess what? Canada even follows DOT rules from the U.S. for it's transportation standards.
Whose the retard now?
Did you get a copyright on your crappy picture?![]()
Whose the retard now?
You shouldn't poke fun at retards. His parents will come in the helicopter.I don't know. Who does the retard belong to now?
OP HAS to be a troll. No one can be this retarded... can they? :hmm:
This is so sad, because it's so true.
It's unfortunate that, this time, the big corporations are winning. At least, more than they ever did with audio cassettes and video tapes..
D:
Yep.
Thats what made me think of my stupid about the picture above. Would youtube take a copyright complaint from Joe Smoe about a crappy picture he drew and copyrighted as seriously as a complaint from the RIAA/MPAA? 2 people, 1 youtube account, and $35 dollars for copyright registration could find out.
