Listen to ALL the options.

Then press the appropriate number.

Well, you'll have to go on my good intentions to amuse you. I tried it. It's changed since I last called, so I edited my message, but it's strange and amusing nonetheless.
 
A friend emailed it to me. He works for a large finance company so maybe that's how he came across it, but I still don't understand the purpose of that option. Somebody got stoned before going to work today?
 
I called a second time, and pressed one. The guy who answered had a good sense of humor.

Him: blah, blah, blah, customer service
Me: Ummm...hello. You're really customer service
Him: (obviously smiling) You're looking for the duck, aren't you
Me: Nope! Already heard the duck. Just wanted to call again and see if you were legit
Him: (obviously smiling) Yes, we're legit

I'll bet he's getting a lot of calls like this tonight...
