At home it does, but not on the app. Sorry, I should have clarified. Honestly I think it should not even pop up at all if I have my age tied to the account.

KT

The app very much does. At least in Android. I never see the gate on my phone.

Do you normally buy the Humble Bundles? Quite a few of the games mentioned in this thread have been in a bundle in the past, which could be beneficial. Heck, I probably have a copy lying around or something.

I have purchased a couple, but the only game I seem to have of those listed here is Braid. I get the e-mails, but if I do not recognize any of the games listed, then I tend to ignore the whole thing.

Not exactly what you are looking for but you can look into buying a used wii console and soft modding it to allow emulators to run on it. Pretty damn cheap and a massive catalog of games.

If you are feeling like a man, you could try I Wanna Be the Boshy. That will make you ragequit pretty quickly.

Good lord. Just watched some of the speed run on Youtube. Looks hard as hell. I think I will pass on that one; could end up with some broken equipment. :D

Interesting idea. Sounds like a bit too much work though for what I am looking for. The idea of playing on my giant screen does sound kind of nice though.

I was going to say mark of the ninja. pretty decent for the several minutes that I put into it.

there's also the 2D zombie survival puzzle platformer, cant' think of the name. Fun, but basically a reskin of a lot of the puzzle platformers our there.

Here's one I just came across and have a Steam coupon if you're interested Keith. It's called Explodemon

Hmm, not sure about that attack mechanism, but the style looks very cool. Let me watch some more gameplay before I take you up on that. Appreciate the offer.

Is it Deadlight?

I took a look, and it looks like I have all of my keys from Humble Indie Bundle 11 available. It looks like I don't need Giana Sisters, Dust: An Elysian Tail, Guacamelee!, Antichamber, Monaco, FEZ or Beatbuddy. I know Giana Sisters was mentioned in here.

If you want a hellish game, you ought to try out Electronic Super Joy! It's like Super Meat Boy with techno!

yes deadlight--I think I played for 5 minutes, then realized it's another version of those "flip switch here, wait for water to rise, swim across to safety, wait for water to drop to access next area" type of games.

I'm sure there's more to it, eventually, but all the indie games like this strike me as very derivative.

That game looks freaking awesome! Is it supposed to be super hard? Looks ok from the few minutes I watched. Good tunes too. Thanks for that.

Yeah, Giana Sisters is cool. Definitely getting that one. I plan on getting Gucamelee too (forgot to buy it at the last sale). FEZ looks pretty boring and I've never heard of the others.

Yeah, I hear you. I played one that looked a lot like that (can't recall the name) and I got bored after a few minutes as well.

All I can say is that you must not have seen the stages with the missiles! I think I died over 200 times in one stage (it displays your deaths on the stage select screen).

I listed those because they're just extra copies (I already own the games on Steam), and I can gift out the codes. In other words, let me know if you want them as they're just going to sit around... and I have a whole extra giftable copy of that Humble Bundle sitting in my inbox!

Ok, that looks like a game that I would ragequit on in about 2 minutes. :awe:

Haha it can be ridiculously frustrating at times!! There's this one level where it auto-scrolls upward, and you pretty much have to time your jumps properly and use the drop on all bounce stars for maximum height (you end up jumping past other blocks which puts you far enough ahead).

I did see some missiles that he was jumping on, but I think I missed the super crazy stage. I am scared to play it now though. :D

Wow, I would happily take Giana Sisters and Guacamelee! That would be amazing. :awe: I should really play closer attention to those Humble Bundles, I am missing out on some cool stuff.
