Anyone know of any? My right wrist is strong as fuck, but my left wrist is like a girls wrist. And I just hurt it pretty bad lifting cuz its so weak! Beatoff jokes aside , are there any good exercises you guys recommend?

Thanks a ton!

Other than the obvious:p Tony Horton has a "Just Arms" workout as part of his One-on-One Part I dvd set that contains several wrist/forearm exercises, including placing your arms on your legs (you're sitting), letting the hand hang off the knee and then curling the wrist. You can do this in both directions. he also has a move were you place your arms on your legs then rotate your hand side to side (with holding a weigh of course). There are few others I can't remember right now.

Serious answer - Get a stick like a broomstick or anything will work, tie a rope to it very tightly in the middle, tie the other end of the rope to a weight of your choosing, and then stand up holding the stick out in front of you and rotate the stick to lift the weight up by rolling the rope around the stick. This is a pretty good forearm workout that you can do even at home.

Half-serious answer - switch hands for your alone time. Mix it up lol

The OP has the same problem I do. "Bowlers forearm"

One of my forearms is larger than the other from bowling in a league. Its kinda commical but I don't like the difference in appearence.

If I recall correctly, this is a more intense exercise for your shoulders.

Usually that's what gave out first when I was doing that exercise. Just 10-15lbs on that thing and it was pure hell trying to do it. :p

I'm interested in wrist exercises as well, OP. I broke a bone in one of mine about 4 years ago. The other wrist was really hurt too. (Didn't break, but performance has never been the same) It's really worrysome because things such as bench press rely on my wrist actually being functional. I remember before I broke my wrist I could lift off 300lbs from the bench and it wouldn't be a problem... now, I'm pretty sure my wrists would murder me for trying.
