Microsoft's warranty on mice lets you scan or take a picture of the bottom label and send that to them for your free replacement. I am guessing its a pic of the label.

ahhh so theres a chance he's already made a claim for this particular mouse I'm guessing.

Have to use paypal for everything and never your paypal balance (if you have one move it to a bank account). Only way to get money back from this fvcking cabal (ebay and paypal) is to dispute with your credit card agency _after_ paypal gives some lame excuse to you. This is why I always pay from my credit card so that I have a proper recourse with my card.

I first got screwed by paypal being some battletech material way back. Guy sent them a delivery number but it wasn't for a delivery to me or the right items. Paypal rep at the time responded to my question of if he shipped me a case of toilet paper but had a delivery receipt would it still be good on his part even if the buyer hadn't ordered toilet paper with a yes. Since then I've only used transfer from a CC unless I really trusted the person or was ready to let the money go. And it did bring tears of joy once when I had my CC stop a payment that went through paypal as paypal then sent me an email asking what had happened and why didn't I let paypal go through their dispute process first to correct the situation. Believe I responded to that email with something along the lines of lololol.

You can call the police department in that county. They'll give him a call and it'll scare him enough to do the right thing.

I've had to do it before.

I did that a few years back on some memory I bought. I goggled his ebay nic and found the guys real name and address and got number to his local PD (actually he was was about 3 hrs away and thought about just driving up there and pay a visit) also went through and found 4 other people he scammed and we all contacted and talked to a defective who handles internet crimes and frauds and we all got a postal money order back..though I our case the amount scammed was almost one thousand in all

I did something similar. I won a Quake 3 cd and the retard seller sent me a burned copy of the game. Ended up calling his local PD and one visit from an officer scared the piss out of him. Ended up getting my money back.
