paladins are likely the worst class at the moment, but that could change iwth any patch. Rogues are fun to play, as are pretty much all other classes. Priests are in high demands and a shadow specced priest is a damn fine PVP'er

mwilding is right but in the end game a priest is better than a paladin for healing. It is more important to play a character you like. I don't want you playing a class just because the guild is lacking in that area. Just create a class that looks good to you and play through level ten and should know by then if you like it.
I wish everyone would recognize this fact. Due to the shortage of priests, oftentimes I find myself as the main healer in the group. Many people expect us to heal as well as a priest. Pally?s are not pure healers. Obviously we cannot tank as well as a warrior. Yet, we are often the only tank in a group. Many people expect a warrior performance from a Pally. We are not pure tanks. More often than not, I?m the only tank and healer in a group. Although I find it difficult at times to do both, I enjoy the challenge.
I suggest if you want to be a pure healer, go with the priest. If you want to be a pure tank,. choose the warrior. If you?re looking for a real challenge using both these ?mediocre? abilities within a group, choose the Pally.

I created a dwarf priest this weekend. Think I am going to start playing him and give my hunter a rest. Name is Deluxe.

Thanks loki8481 for the bump but I think we need to start recuiting in the game if we want to increase our guild size past 35 members.
I just got this game on saturday with a gift certificate but haven't tried it yet. I don't know whether I'm going to be horde or alliance though. Are all you players on the alliance guild really high in level? If so I will probably do an orc warrior or something so I'm not too far behind.

We have a wide range of players on the Alliance side from 15-51. On the horde side, Shadow Moon server, most of us are still under level 20.
i made an elf druid last night, went into some kind of time warp, came out of it at 2AM, and I was I think level 7. I'm still finding my way around. Oh and I must have died at least 6 times (once trying to jump off the top of the tree)
