every teus teh severs are down from like 5-11 PST for routine work or some BS
 
The fact is, you can count on WoW being unplayable until very late in the evening on Tuesday. If you are unfortunate enough to be on Hyjal where the queues are 2+ hours after 5pm, you are screwed.
 
ive never understood why the website goes down when they work on the servers, i mean keep it on a seperate server for gods sake

I think it's the fact that the nerds that would normally playing WoW are bombarding the site checking realm status.
 
This is nothing, wait till they release the expansion. Sony's worst EQ expansion had the servers down for 48 hours. The one before that, SoL (Shadows of Luclin, but you can guess what many players joked that it stood for) had them down for 24 hours, then for 1-2 hours *daily* for 3 weeks.
 
I really want to try WOW out, but I dont want to have to buy it and not like it. I already have it installed on my system, all I need is a CD key. Can anyone PLEASE help me out?

haha, WoW patch days always suck. even when the servers are back up, there will probably insane lag or some bug.

Where do I find that. I bought the game when it first came out and have been unable to find it.

This was going to be a big WOW day for me too. I finally got ctraid and vent and actually got my sound working. It'll be the first time I've heard sounds in WOW once they get the servers back up 🙁 Ah well time to play more Halo 1 on Legendary.
