Let's take for example a tall girl, which is 5'7-5'8". Even for a guy of average height he will still be taller.

Only reason I can see a guy liking shorter guys is if he's short himself, otherwise taller girls are the desirable of the breed.

Not really...Theoretically speaking, if they were all the same proportions, the taller girl would be a bit bigger in the *ahem* chest, than the shorter girl. But...that doesn't work since there are different -proportions.- Cuter, though, maybe...

IMO, I've always preferred a taller girl, but I am 6'1", so that may have something to do with it. I just don't like having to look down to see her eyes.

well women certainly prefer taller men. many studies show this. and tall women prefer even taller men.

I've found that shorter ones care more about the height differentials than taller women. Taller girls (5'7" up) seem to be more okay with guys around their same height..so they'd be okay with a guy 5'9-5'10 whereas a girl who's 5'3-5'4 moreso want a guy in the 6' range.
