So I went to buy Warhammer online from them. I fill out all the needed info submit order. It fails get a message in saying something along the lines of no transaction has taken place. Thinking it might have something to do with my bank address as I recently changed it I tried my old address and a variation of my new one (I live on an AFS so I tried the name of the city instead) to no avail.
Finally, I find out you can't use free email addresses without further verification... except there is no way to pursue such that I can find. Their customer support is what I can only describe as an abomination. There is no phone number to call these people, and the only method of getting help is through opening tickets, which pretty much just invites some canned auto responses.
To top it all off I check my bank account and they charged me three times for when I was changing my address to try to get it to work even though they say no transaction was taking place. Apparently, they don't trust me enough to give me the game, but they do trust me enough to charge my account.
