Even if it's just for 7 days you'll get an idea of whether or not you're gonna buy it. So far the game looks *very* generic. But, h$ll, I'm just a level 5. Cartoonish. Yet, it does have that Blizzard look of excellence about it.

Heres my char, I'm not going to make it into the closed beta though, there are about 3 clerics who keep ahead of me at all times.

Well it's been fun, but I'm not feeling anything "new". Same old combat: Select something you can kill, hit a couple hotkeys and repeat as necessary. I did play up to lvl 10 druid and shapeshifting was cool but that kind wore off quickly.

I know some of you other guys played the stress test. How did your chars end up? Did you like what you saw? Plan to get the game when it comes out? In the running for a closed beta account?

I never had any significant lag(other than the time when the server was going down) playing this on the stress test server..
And I thought the closed beta servers were separate?

we have been crashing and lagging horribly on the closed servers since the stress test began.. its not just be.. the servers spent most of the weekend down for us...

Never had a problem with lag or crashing. Then again, I didn't dig it all that much. I haven't played much at all after the first two days I stress tested it. I won't be purchasing it. Nothing new or compelling. It's the same 'ol grind MMORPG. But I will say that it does look pretty professionally done by Blizzard. Just wish they had been more innovative.

Really fun and stable game at this point.

Great game to get to spend the holidays spent inside from the cold and spend it mining for ore

Lvl 18 Dwarf paladin gonna go bye bye soon.... I am so gonna miss him :brokenheart:

Also a lvl 8 night elf hunter while my main server was down and all I can say is the night elves have the jiggle graphics for the females

As for people in the beta getting some lag from stress test you deserve it for being able to play it still

Otherwise think it's a good thing that we can't play until open beta and when it comes out so we don't get tired of it before it's released
