"Mr. President BUSH,
you are a bows of a nasty Viking.
We might say,
YOU ARE A TERRORIST.
I can never never forgive terrorism
Which is shooting an innocent tourist.
If you..."

Funny considering how fast we forgave them for how badly they treated us (and their own people) in WW2.

My what short memories people have...

EDIT: Ok, because some people here have the intelligence of a turnip, let me rephrase what I just said.

IF YOU CLAIM THAT YOU WILL NEVER FORGIVE TERRORISM, YET YOU FORGIVE YOU OWN COUNTRY FOR TERRORISM, YOU ARE A HYPOCRITE.

That is the only thing I was trying to say. I'm sorry if you people don't understand plain english.

Congrats, we have a new moronic post record. Normally, it's only after the 10th post that we see this level of ignorance.

My post has relavence to this thread, yours does not. I see no problem with bringing up WW2 if it relates to the topic at hand.

I can never never forgive terrorism
Which is shooting an innocent tourist.
So they never forgave their own country for what they did back in WW2?

Did you mysteriously miss the rest of my post? My point is that if the Japanese really believe that, they are hypocrites because their own country was FAR worse than we are.

Maybe the OP should do some research on civil rights violations in Japan and then see if he still cares what they think.

Lets bring up how the egyptions enslaved whole races of people. Let's bring up how the french and english would kill women and children in their century long wars.

You know, it doesn't begin with America and the indians. This whole concept of taking land has happended for centuries before america was even dreamed of.

Now, maybe someone with an ounce of sense here can tell me why my point was relavent to the topic, and indians are not? Let me choose a random 2nd grader from the audience, yes little Billy.
"Americans are not making toilet paper (and buying it) that says that they will never forgive terrorism when they themselves did it less than 100 years ago"
Thank you Billy. That was very good. I'm glad that even a 2nd grader can see that.

And what does that have to do with Japanese people buying toilet paper saying that they will never forgive terrorism?

Where the hell do I say anything about America today? Quit putting words in other people's mouths.

It's always the other guy that's worng. You are Just like the Japanese, trying to make your own toilet paper out of them. If you could maybe notice that we are all the same, maybe do you vomiting and get on with the work of considering ways to change.

What does that have to do with anything. I just made a simple observation and suddenly everyone puts words in my mouth and assumes that I hate the Japanese and America is superior. Where do you people get crap like that. Read the words I post, not what you think is going on in my head.

Well if we can forgive ourselves for genocide against the native americans and "get over" the fact we enslaved the africans (now african americans), then certainly the Japanese can do the same with WWII. Right? Why's it still hanging over their heads making them alleged hypocrites?

I do forgive them. But when you claim that you will NEVER forgive terrorists when your own country did it less than 100 years ago, that is hypocritical. The fact remains that they did forgive their own country for doing it. Forgivness has nothing to do with it. If I were to say that I will never forgive terrorists, that would make me a hypocrite as well, but I would never say that. They are demonizing us for something that they themselves did less than 100 years ago.

That is ALL I am saying. Nothing more. Get it??????

I'm saying that by saying what you're saying you are doing what they did, deflect awareness away from your own guilt. You can't get off the merry-go-round if you don't know you're on one. You are applying a form of rationalization. We are all the same.

Also XZ, you should recall that merely a couple of decades ago, Rumsfeld was over there shaking Saddam's hand and applying Washington's rubber stamp to the Iraq-Iran war which claimed millions of lives. Also that whole thing about how the U.S. would look the other way regarding Iraq's chemical weapon usage. While decrying the same WMD usage in public. Ooops! Forgot about that huh? Sure are a lot of hypocrites around the world, huh?

A strong President, in keeping with tradition, would follow in his fathers footsteps:

1992 George Bush gets ill & vomits on Japanese prime minister's lap

I'm not rationalizing anything. I admit that we are all the same. I am making no claims that I am superior in any way.
If I were to say that I will never forgive terrorists, that would make me a hypocrite as well, but I would never say that.

I know this is difficult for some of you, but I am not talking about WMD, or Saddam, or Osama, or any of that stuff. I am simply refering to the japanese toilet paper and their statements. I'm not defending anything, or trying to rationalize anything. I'm not trying to persuade you of anything (In my original post)! I just made a statement. That is it. No hidden messages, no hidden meanings. None of that.

NOW, go back and reread my original post. Do you see it now?
