well blizz did take a few weeks to try out the new PVP honor system w/ test realms. so they did prep for this release. i would not be surprise if there were some bugs and maybe a fix patch within a week.

LOL.

I am so glad that maintenance days are a day that I generally don't have time to play. It gets me free days and doesn't really interrupt my other time. I've got almost a month's worth of free days now, and only about 2 of them actually impacted my playtime.

Maybe they'll give everyone full rested bonus again. That would rock.

Seems to have been fixed, for once Icecrown, aka IceDown, was actually one of the first servers up :Q So I'm in and admiring the new graphic on my Skullflame Shield

everyone on the gamefaqs board have been complaining about the honor system.

I'm expecting the contested zones to be laggy as hell for the next couple days with people trying to get honor points, but it should settle down.

It is a site I have never before seen. I was so lagged that I hovered over the landing point on the gryphon for about 3 minutes before finally getting off. I couldn't even move of course. It will get better in a week or so once the excitement dies down.

You know there are problems when ironforge is the least laggy zone you can go to. Which was the case for me yesterday. 500-2500ms latency, but really more like 5000-10000 because I would cast instants and wait 5 seconds. I even managed to run around while "drinking" for almost a minute.
