yeah that would suck. BUT, it would take away the absolute terribleness of shitting yourself now. At least then it would be common place.
 
I think spontaneous orgasms would be pretty funny. You're just sitting there in class when, crap, it happens.

I guess if we all randomly crapped ourselves all the time, there would be all kinds of new technologies in the area of underwear and odor management.
