5' 9" 142 lbs

I was nearly 160 a few years ago. I've been around 150 the past couple years. I changed my diet 8 months ago to focus on optimal health and prevent fat gain. I did cardio a couple months ago and got to 135 lbs. Now I've been doing weight training and my goal is about 150 lbs of 5-10% body fat leanness. So I just have to gain a bit more muscle at this point.

yes/male/yes/yes, but I'm pretty close right now. I could stand some better definition in my legs and abs.

I'm 6', 182 lbs too, but I don't consider myself to be overweight. Granted, I used to be the same height and weigh 165 lbs in HS, but I was too skinny then. I wouldn't mind getting down to 175, but I'm already down from 195, so I feel pretty good.

That's why I classified it by "my standards". If somebody saw me, they'd think I was pretty trim. But I carry it well because I've got wide hips (I wear size 38 pants/shorts). When I sit down I've got more rolls of lard than I'd like to have around my gut.

It's those last 5-10 pounds that are the hardest. Plus my current workouts are aimed more as building mass, so I'm not really helping myself.

5'8 150 I was 165 not more than 2 months ago. I've been running again since about a month ago and it seems to be working.

How can you be "buff at 6'2.5" and 145 pounds? :Q

How can someone make a "funny" and you not get it lol, im just messing, im not quite sure, im just naturally swoll i guess.

no, i am not overweight, i am very unhealthy though. because of that, i need to start getting in shape. 🙁 i need motivation

not overweight, but have lot of lazy fat since i have lot a lost of weight 50-55 pounds, working out 6 days a weeek to loose that extra fat and get more definition

I don't "consider" myself overweight. I KNOW FOR A FACT that I am a fat fvck.
It is rather obvious.

Gender ... Male

Trying to loose weight ... Nope, I like to eat. I am not gonna stop or cut down.

EDIT: 280 pounds, 6 feet 3 inches.
At the time where I was working out A LOT (1995-1998) .. I was only 220 pounds (and built like a tank.)

No.

I'm 6' tall and weigh 180 lbs. No matter what I did in the past two years, I didn't lose or gain significant amouts of fat. I don't eat excessive amounts of unhealthy food and I try to keep a balanced, healthy diet. I avoid all sorts of soda(/pop/coke) and hate trash food.
I'm going to start working out soon to take an advantage of my hefty build (wide shoulders, thick neck, large rib cage...).

6'1" ~220 I've got a nice guy going that I NEED to get rid of, But I've got really broad shoulders too... so its not like I'm gonna thin out too well...

I lost 32lbs but slacked off a bit and put 5-6 back on. I've been getting complacent with my workout and I just started picking it up today so I hope it will help. My goal is too get down to ~165 or so from 220. I'm only 5'8" so even my goal weight might seem hefty to some people, but I'm more concerned with my health/being a good role model for my kids than pursuing a physical ideal. I'm trying to view the fact that I'm no longer obese and just overweight as a positive but it's hard.
