Would you consider yourself overweight?

I'm overweight by my own standards(6', 182 pounds, more around the gut than *I* would like), but by all health measurements (BF%, BMI, ect) I am in the normal/healthy range.

I'm working on building muscle mass right now which is somewhat counter productive to weight/mass loss.

as garfield once said, "I'm not overweight! I'm under height!"

so you figure what the average weight is for someone thats 6'4", and I'll figure out how much im under height

DDR MAX USA

Championships held every Saturday at malls, between high school nerds, addicted College students, preppy girls from middle school, and the 10 year old Cub Scouts who're practicing for a relay the following week.

Fortunately, I decided to do something about my weight before it became a problem. Any exercising I do is for maintenance.

6' 165 and I feel overweight. I was 140 when I was running and working out nightly a few years ago and I felt great. The fact is, if I'm going to do more serious running I need to drop down to that weight again and I'm working on it. In any case, I have broad shoulders so, even underweight, I look fit.

Here comes "Im just big boned"

or "I am muscular and muscle weighs more than fat, but I still have a gut" crew

not skinny, not fat, just right according to the wifey.

yes, im sure shes blowing smoke up my ass. havent been denied yet tho.

no, i'm pretty much right wehre I consider being healthy, and more than healthy. I'm pretty lean and ripped and now I'm trying to gain mass so I'm eating whatever I want and my belly isn't quite as ripped as it was when I was in Aruba earlier this summer.

I'm 6', 182 lbs too, but I don't consider myself to be overweight. Granted, I used to be the same height and weigh 165 lbs in HS, but I was too skinny then. I wouldn't mind getting down to 175, but I'm already down from 195, so I feel pretty good.

Just goes to show you how different people view themselves differently.

6'5", 220 lbs. A little overweight. I sit as a desk all day, so what do you expect?
I run 3 miles once a week. I'd like to be doing that three times per week.
