Why does apple cost more anyway? I guess you can't expect apple to be as cheap as a PC but why does it cost as much more as it does?

And also, does Apple design its own chipsets and MBs?

It's called buy a goddamn two, three, ten button mouse and it works just fine.

Why should you have to buy a different mouse for it to be convenient? And what do you do about the laptops? Using a plug in mouse on a laptop sucks.

You apple fans always say you can buy another mouse, but when is apple going to realize that one button mouses suck?

because Apple's OS banks on the fact that you will realize that keyboard shortcuts make navigating at least a dozen times faster than pointing and clicking.

I've been using PCs since 1992 and got a Powerbook earlier this year. Using the keyboard to navigate on my mac is an order of magnitude more efficient than having to keep moving to the trackpad and right clicking. Don't start speaking sh!t about something until you give it a try.

Does the processor Apple uses really beat AMD's offerings? How can that be, when AMD's offerings are on par/beat(in FPU) Intel's offerings?

Show me some hardware prices and show me some benchmarks. Then i'll believe you.

what does price have to do with whether a dual 970 would beat a dual xp3000 system? you can go read ars articles on the 970 for the performance aspect if you like.

I wonder if the mods are going to make Apple bashing threads forbidden too?

So lemme guess - you are still using the same POS mouse that came with your PC?

I'll only buy an apple if they give up making their own components, use ATX standards, and port their OS over to Wintel CPUs :p

Because in my post, price was mentioned you motard. You could have two pcs for the price of a comparable mac. And get 3 mousebuttons!

I guess you didn't know that you could just buy another mouse? I prefer my mx500, and I'd buy another one if I had to. That's not an issue. It might have to do with other small things like the software they run...?
