i believe we have soul yes

but kinda its not just given to us, your soul is more something you make yourself, the personality you develope and the natural energy you have for the things you love helps define your soul, what type of character you are

im crap at explaining lol, its like a reflection of your environment or whatever

so a human clone could have a soul, because it is something he/she can create individually
