E. Bola, or any other Filovirus. Your body starts to liquify beneath the skin by day 7. Causes 'star-pattern' splotches on your face, and skin as it detaches from the muscle. By day 10, the muscle is almost completely detached from the skin, so your skin hangs off your face like a bad mask. At this point, most connective tissue, and a good deal of your internal organs have liquified. You vomit blood, and pieces of stomach and esophagus constantly. Your eyes, ears, and nose also spontaneously bleed. By day 12, almost everything inside of you is liquified. You bleed from every pore in your body. Nipples, ears, eyes, nose, teeth, everything bleeds. As you crash, you go into violent spasms that often cause you to break your own back. There is no cure, no treatment, and once infected, you're dead. (Depending on the strain, some have as high as a 90% mortality rate. Even surviving it usually leaves you permanently brain damaged, and disabled.) Generally, with the massive hemorrhaging and spasms, whatever room you crash in will be covered from ceiling to floor with highly infective blood.

Give me suffocation, drowning, burning, even N'Sync any day.

It would kind of suck to die by being forced to eat your balls till you die (by having them forced down your throat, then cut out of your stomach and eaten again).
