There used to be (still might) be a guy in the Baton Rouge phone book named Craven Moorehead. I've prank called him before.

EDIT: Found him

Definitely a joke. There are two names for phone companies - billing name and listing name. I had a friend who set his listing name as "Dr. Sphincterstein".

[edit]This was 15 years ago - he probably doesn't do it any more.[/edit]

But I prank called the guy (around 8 years ago), and he said it was really his name.

Great uncle's name was harry butt. True story.

back in 91 when i worked at a chevron station there was a security guard that would stop for coffee every night before he went to work. he was named richard butts. when i commented on him using richard for the obvious reason, he told me at least he didnt have his brothers name, harry. he was killed in a robbery along with the manager and cashier at a texaco station in phoenix. kind of sucked, he was a nice guy.

Some kid in my ECE class is named Ditardo.

There was a kid in my middle school names Mike Seaman.

An old co-worker of mine was named Peter B. Schmuck. 2x a dick.

Its true tho, that was/is his name. He was a millionare. I guess with a name like that you are either a rich guy or the meanest mofo in the world.

This morning in the post office the guy ahead of me in line had the last name Faggett.

I had to wonder what life was like for him.
