hehe... ida listed this but i never finished it. i walked away after the scene in the begining where he knocks the bomb off his audi using the hook of a crane by doing a barrel roll

lol what the hell?!

Don't know if it belongs to my worst list but it belongs in my unwatchable list.
I was on a flight and they had Ashton Kucher "What ahppenned in Vegas" and I had to find other things to do.

Fail.

BUT! if you that that sucked, try Inland Empire also by Lynch... that one's tough to get through.

Any film that hits you with a surprise lesbian scene isn't all bad.

Talladega Nights gets my vote. After 30 minutes I just turned it off.

Mulholland Drive is an awesome movie... even besides the hot lesbian scenes. Lynch movies always captivate me & keep me thinking "WTF was THAT about" the whole time. Try watching Lost Highway... that's a twisted movie.

I concur on Talladaga, I also actually just turned it off after about 30 minutes.

Back on topic. A "worst movie" will always be the B movie, low budget, poorly-done garbage, but I think mega-budget, hyped up flops might be "worse" in some regard.... which I think is what the OP meant. When we are talking about this....

The Happening fucking sucked. It was REALLY bad....such an odd ensemble... Mark Wahlberg, Zoe & John Leguizamo?!?!? No plot... no climax.... just ???? Brilliant!

Didn't think it was horrible. Some of the writing made me lol occasionally & I usually hate Tinseltown garbage like this.

Only meaningful if other people really LOVED them, so...

Silence of the Lambs
Saving Private Ryan
Star Wars (any of them)
Indiana Jones (any of them save Raiders)
Ocean's 11 (all remakes suck a D)
The 40 Year Old Virgin
Spiderman (any of them)

I want to beat you over the head with a baseball bat, but you wouldn't get it.

Oh ya well... <totally interupted by random lesbo scene having nothing to do with the story... if you could call it a story>

Spiderman 3 was really bad. It just went on and on, and there were too many love scenes.

I also wouldn't wish any of my worst enemies watch Walking Tall. Soooooo bad.

Have you seen the original Ocean's 11?

Do you know how fucking stupid those Rat Pack movies were? At least he remake with Clooney had some descent characters, solid storyline, good acting.

I'm guessing you're one of those "Lynch is a god though I really don't know why. This classifies me as a true film guru and therefore legitimately great films like SotL and SPR are utter crap," types of people?

Matrix 2 and 3
Pirates 2 and 3
Every Star Wars movie starting with Return of the Jedi
The first half of The Protector starring Tony Jaa (all the good fight scenes are in the second half; unfortunately, I walked out before then)
Kung Pow: Enter The Fist
Solaris (remake)
The Thin Red Line

And this...

Nah Ben was in Good Will Hunting and Nick was in Leaving Las Vegas so we cant say anything.

this is the first time this thread has been done.

my vote goes to..............................

Dan In Real Life

i couldn't finish 30 mins of that POS

Yes I have seen the original and other rat pack classics. They are screwball comedies, and most of them were abominable, BUT, that begs the question, why remake something that was already bad? SCTV already remade Ocean's 11 in their famous SCTV 3D, and named it EO 11. All 3 minutes of that packed more creativity than every rat pack and remake of rat pack shit films combined.

Solid story, decent characters, good acting? Where?

Lynch is a god. I don't know why. Could have something to do with the fact that he made Twin Peaks, Blue Velvet, Wild at Heart, Lost Highway, and Mullholland Drive. Could be that he only works with excellent talent. Or it could just be that you don't know why, and are content with ultra-mainstream trite, cookie-cutter cliches of films, and prefer having your emotions directed to you in nice neat packages so you don't have to think too hard about anything.

Fail.

Nick Cage. Bwhahahahahahahahahahaha!

Vampire's Kiss
Wild at Heart
Adaptation
Leaving Las Vegas
Fast Times at Ridgemont High
Valley Girl
The Cotton Club
Raising Arizona

Okay okay, Nick Cage has been in some good movies. He's also been in some really terrible movies. But then again, a lot of actors have appeared in more than one stinker.

Affleck, on the other hand, is just a bad actor.

All excellent actors appear in mostly bad films because most films are mostly bad. Some bad actors appear in good films because anyone can suck a D.

Forrest Gump
The Lord of the Rings Trilogy
Raiders of the Lost Ark
Saving Private Ryan
Aliens
Batman Begins
Batman Dark Knight
