Lost in Translation (didn't see the point of the movie, didn't find it very funny either)

ugh.. absolutely. It wasn't funny or enjoyable at all and I was totally annoyed with Murray's character for some reason. Also seeing old man Murray smooching a 19 year old chick to be pretty creepy looking. (wasn't she that age during filming?? i forget.. still creepy anyways)

I thought Lost was a very beautiful and cerebral movie. It shows the adaptation to a new culture. Something is lost and gained in the process.

I would not wish these movies on my worst enemy...on second thought, maybe I would...

I had a friend that rented Boa vs Python from Blockbuster....can't believe that I...I mean he wasted money on that POS!...(although the bad guy's girl was kinda of hot though, especially during the obligatory girl taking a bath scene)....

This thread has made me think. I hardly ever remeber worst movies. But Queen of the damned was terrible.

I fell asleep watching those movies, even when I tried to rewatch them.

Falling asleep means the movie is boring.. not worst ever. therea re tons of mediocre films or Snoozefests as I call them. Really bad films offend good taste are detrimental to the viewer. You can't jsut sleep through it you want to look away but you can... transfixed by the horror.

The Swordsmaster (I think that was the title).
The story revolved around a police officer and his partner. At the end of the movie, the villains had killed not only his partner but his wife as well. There was one truly classic scene when he found out about these deaths and he held his head and pinched his nose like he had a headache. They killed his wife and his best friend, get this guy some aspirin!!

I'm sorry, but if no one's said it:

Harold and Maude must be the worst movie in history. I cannot understand how it's rated as well as it is on IMDB.

movie outline: Boring, boring, stupid crappy plot, sex with old lady, boring and more boring. Perhaps the artsy fartsy community likes it (I was forced to watch it with my roomy's artsy g/f and her other artsy friends as they exclaimed it was the best movie evar), but I think it's crap.

Agreed, some movies people are throwing out tells me they have never seen a really bad movie....I mean comon.....most movies people are giving are very watchable movies with bad scripts i.e.:

Waterworld
Postman
Starship Troopers
Unbreakable

where as a real bad movie will make you scream at the screen for stealing your time and soiling your brain i.e.

Biker Boyz
Freddy Got Fingered
Blair Witch 2
Jaws 4 (where she takes a plane to the island and the shark beats here there!

and many

any number of old movies made before 1990's and even many movies made today since they lack plot and substance.

that and I forecast that there will be a number of terrible movies released this year also.

B.A.P.S
Unbreakable
Rising Sun
Goldeneye

Any movie I fall asleep while watching makes it bad (unless I am really tired of course).

I actually waited in line at midnight to watch "Dick Tracy", how bad is that?

Too many "bad" movies to list, but the worst to watch usually have a good actor with a horrible script and supporting cast or forced sequels like:
Batmans after the 1st, Postman, Caddyshack 2, Eyes Wide Shut (I'm a Kubrick fan too), etc.
