Lately, I have been getting kicked from the internet and can't reconnect. When I got to check my processes in the task manager, I notice that my cpu activity jumps constantly from 0 to 7%. I shut down my computer, which takes longer than usual, and then when I restart the oscillation is gone. I've scanned my computer a few times already and nothing has shown up (I use McAfee if that matters). Does anyone know what it could be?
