I've seen a few episodes of the 2009 or 2010 competitions and Marius has retired I think. The US actually has a strong contender, named Brian Shaw or something. Guy is tall and huge but looks to be in good shape...much better motor than most of his competitors.

Pretty sure you're right about Marius retiring, as he's now focusing on his MMA career. Unfortunately, he hasn't been nearly as dominate there; the guy just has too much muscle mass, so he always ends up winded by the second round.
