Pretty sure you're right about Marius retiring, as he's now focusing on his MMA career. Unfortunately, he hasn't been nearly as dominate there; the guy just has too much muscle mass, so he always ends up winded by the second round.
He should have studied Sumo, MMA is not for him. Gassing is an understatement, he turned cyanotic against Timmah!

There's some strongmen that work out at my gym, they do some impressive stuff. We've got a guy that's on the pro strongman circuit, he's not WSM level, but he's very good.

He's got some impressive personal best records: :eek:
* Leg press : 3,000 lb
* Bench press : 1,000 lb
* Squat : 1189 lb
* Deadlift : 1,001 lb

Hmm....those numbers seem dubious. There are only two legit 1,000 lb deadlifters out there (Bolton/Magnussen). Also, 1,000 lb regulation bench press without a mutli ply shirt? Also unlikely.

I'm not saying he isn't a monster, just that I believe the "other" lower wiki numbers more than these.

I think someone ninja-edited the wiki page, since it didn't match up with the other official page.

I see your other post with that link now :thumbsup: Much more realistic (and still very impressive!) numbers.
