i have a 700+ mb one lol....it's not even long it's 3 mins long and i made it in Adobe premiere(sp?)....i don't know how you make the files smaller , i was gonna have someone host it but i was like..omfg.

Btw i've played EQ and FFXI (i even bought a new vid card so i could play ffxi, because my friends said it was tight) ....EQ is so much better, it actually has different items, you don't run into too many people with the same sh!t, in FFXI there were like 10 different armor types , and i ended up getting the same armor at like level 30 that i had at 9?Gay. EQ>FFXI

BTW, WoW looks pretty tight considering the lush environments and such, ffxi looks mostly dead.

Edit: Also Lineage 2 got like 2 stars in CGW..i'm not saying that means it's bad...but i'm pretty sure even SWG got 2.5 lol...good luck

Here's hoping this will be the first MMORPG since EQ to 'set the mood'...

Lineage 2 sounds like my nightmare of MMORPGS..griefing and kill stealing beyond belief, and some Chinese players actually get paid real money to raise in-game money and act as retarded as possible? And the lvl-grind is said to be something extra..*shiver*.

I always wondered how Shadowbane went...European version went kaput before release.

Word. When you spend enough time on ffxi, the game play and character development is so linear it's pathetic. Absolute trash. B-b, it looks cute and it's got moogles!

WoW PvP server introduced just one week ago (Phase 3). I'm not going to fight with ya about it though, the low blows and blantant generalizations tipped off my pvssy gamer alert beacon to jump ship! :D

I cannot compare WoW to Lineage 2. I only know what I read and hear from friends since WoW beta is my first MMORPG experience. I do know that I have lost much interest in WoW recently. Perhaps MMORPG's are not for me. Perhaps it is a bad game. I am frequently disappointed by Blizzard in their development process. I fully agree with you on WoW being sheltered. That was a major design decision by Blizzard. It is evident in many of the gameplay decisions and interviews with developers. I let my friend play my beta account who used to play ShadowBane and he got so turned off by the PvP system and gameplay that he couldn't continue playing. There are many major problems in the game right now though we have to keep in mind that this is still a beta. They have allowed themselves pretty much the rest of the year to continue development and things could change still. While it is easy to judge the game in its current unfinished state, it really isn't a fair evaluation of the game so while I state I am disappointed right now, I am reserving final judgment until later.

I would honestly rather play Oregon Trail than the monstrosity that is L2. I love PvP but by God you have to have some fun gameplay to go with it. I'm really looking forward to WoW. Blizzard has never disappointed me and some recent news has given me hope that they are opening up the PvP avenues a little wider. I doubt they'll go so far as item dropping on death but who cares. If you lose your items it just leads to more PvE catassing which I'd prefer to avoid.

You know I've never really liked Warcraft and the like, but WoW looks pretty friggin awesome from the videos in this thread.

Youd probably have to since battles take place on planets between different solar systems. I'd want to be either a ghost or a wraith pilot. As you can tell I looooove my cloaking!

My torrent started slowly also, but it gradually picked up speed. Within a few hours, I had the whole file.
