Azazyeal has it. Go swimming. Make time for it. The local community college probably has lap swim 3 times a day, one of those will fit your busy schedule.
I did weights, 5 days a weeks, for 10 months. I was very fit. Started to train for a triathlon, and swimming kicked my ass.
Shoulder and chest and back definition I couldn't dream of in a gym in only 2 or 3 weeks (I go 3 times a week). Not to mention its a fantastic aerobic workout. Spinning doesn't hardly get me out of breath anymore, but swimming absolutely kills me.
Pullups work most of the muscles in the upper body. Pushups are good too. Abs are important, as is lower back. Start with the core, and work from there. Try to add Yoga in 3 times a week, too. That will keep your muscles long, and improve your balance, concentration, and flexibility.
Eat right. At least as important as a faithful routine.
