Joined a gym about a year ago, on pre-sell. they just opened the local branch, so i went the last 3 days to work out... i haven't worked out, or exercised regularly, in about 6 years....
Saturday
i did some tredmill... 30min.... 2.5mph, 1.5deg incline.
some stairmaster... 30 min...
and some weight machines... curls, abs, legs
total about 90min
Sunday
more tredmill
more ab cruches
more curls, legs, and added upper chest and back machines
total about 2hrs
Monday
yet more tredmill
exercise bike
rowing machine
more curls, added leg presses, more back machines, chest machines, crunchers
today.
pain in biceps and triceps, calves and stomach .. not debilitating pain.. just some.. stop working out for a day pain.
is this normal?
