some stairmaster... 30 min...
and some weight machines... curls, abs, legs
total about 90min

Sunday
more tredmill
more ab cruches
more curls, legs, and added upper chest and back machines
total about 2hrs

Monday
yet more tredmill
exercise bike
rowing machine
more curls, added leg presses, more back machines, chest machines, crunchers

today.
pain in biceps and triceps, calves and stomach .. not debilitating pain.. just some.. stop working out for a day pain.

is this normal?

Yes, it is. When you exercise and fatigue muscles you will usually feel this way. It is the pain associated with the microtears of the muscle and the toxins that were created due to the breakdown. It will go away in a couple of days.

For not exercising for so long, why the sudden rush to do all of this. I think you are overdoing it right now. Slow down and ease into it before you injure yourself...

work... school....
no time to work out on a regular schedule.
We all have lives; I bet you could fit it in a lot if you really want to. People juggle school, jobs, family, training for marathons, etc.

Your pain is normal when you start. Once you're in the swing of it your muscles will stop being in such pain the day after. It also depends on the muscle group. Biceps are harder than chest to get sore, for instance.

yeah. as already said, you're primarily sore because you haven't worked out in so long.. eventually, as long as you work out consistently, you're body gets used to it and you won't get nearly as sore anymore if not at all...

its normal. its cuz your muscles arent used to the levels of strain you are putting on it. take a day off...get back on the workout schedule. i get really sore if i start workin out again after a long hiatus. sore to the point where i cant make my arms straight anymore or lift anything above 10 lbs. so my main motivation of staying on a semi-regular workout schedule is so that i dont get so sore again

Something I found helpfull is taking creatine, it helps to reduce the sore achy feeling from working out too hard. I normally take about 6mg with 20oz of some sweet juice like grape juice or even sweetened cranberry juice. It's also supposed to help delay the production of lactic acid as well so you can work out harder for longer, but obviously don't overdo it.

for gods sake do some reading or hire a trainer before you kill yourself. you should not be doing curls, legs, chest, and back every frickin day.

Why don't you work on one muscle group a day? Say on Sundays, do chest, cardio and legs. On Sunday, do biceps/triceps, cardio and legs. Take a day or two off and then do back, lats, etc. Substitute machines for free weights and you'll get the most outta your workout. Try running instead of the treadmill, you'll raise your heart rate faster. YOu'll be out in 1 - 1.5 hrs.

take it easy your first week or so, it's given that when you start working your body it's going to get a bit soar. after that, i personally work myself to soarness, mainly because i like the feeling of it 😛 but for other reasons as well.

if your looking for supplements, protein and glutamine work great against the morning soarness, as well as muscle regen and endurance.
