What suppliments are you using? Did you change your eating habits? There is no way in 3 weeks you have dropped 70% of your body fat. If you did that man then you need to get a plan and sell it to people. Everyone would do that.

I work out 5 days a week, biking, running, swimming, and lifting and I have never had drastic changes like that. Plus it takes about 2 to 3 months before you start seeing major changes in your body and espically fat areas.

Def post your routine and man start making some money. Only other way is are you taking roids? Plus your arms will be bigger after any upper body work out. Then they go back down.

Keep at it but I just don't see how you could see so much of a change in just 3 weeks unless you already had no body far already. Working out is my life and I have never heard or had changes that drastic but keep it up.

Not even roids will do that

If you want to do a workout to a TV show type thing.. Watch FitTV and find a show called Boot Camp. Holy Crap. That show kicked my ass the first time I watched it. I taped it and stuck it on DVD now and I'm going to try to do it every other day or so. Haven't actually worked out in a very, very long time.

The growth you see in your arms after working out is just increased blood flow and whatnot. It goes down in about a half-hour.

QFT. There is no way you can see "noticeable" growth in your arms in only three weeks. Arms are some of the smallest muscles in your body. You will see noticeable growth in the big groups such as back and legs first, provided you are training them hard (do Squats!!) and eating enough. Even that process will take a few months for someone not using anabolics.

I put on 6Kg within 8 months of hardcore eating (not much changed in my traning as I train a lot all year around) and that is after 2.5yrs of training with a coach and a club (Olympic style Weightlifting). I just ate loads of food. Just keep eating A LOT. But after about 6months or so I was getting bored of eating so much food all the time so I eased back. Not all of it was muscle but I was a lot bigger and I have leaned down quite a bit now.

Got to put on fat to gain decent muscle gains imo. Dont be scared to put on some fat as that will help you gain muscle mass.

You MUST DO SQUATS. Without squats your work out is serveraly handicapped. The leg press is nothing compared to a squat. The weight isn't important in a squat. Just go all the way down and get good form then the weights will go up.

Just checked these replies...

First of all, the fat loss is purely subjective... i haven't taken any measurements. I think i've just firmed up in general.

My arms have gotten noticeably bigger, if only noticeable to me. I'd estimate i've gained about a half inch around the bicep? I need to start working my tri's harder.

Koing, I'll try what you say about squats. Do you know of a site that shows good technique? When you're bulking, do you do cardio?

Thanks for the general support, guys.

Now Koing correct me if this is wrong, but I find that I have the best squats when I have the barbell "glued" to my back near the tops of my shoulder blades...not quite as high up as some people do it. To me I seem to have an easier time keeping my back straight and everything under control when I do that.

Don't do much cardio if you are trying to gain mass.

You gotta start doing some leg exercises too, like squats 🙂

While that's not what I'm concentrating on, I am excersizing my lower body regularly, doing leg press, whatever that machine is when you step up on your tiptoes on an incline with heavy weights, and the machine that works your quads. That's about all i'm doing there.

squats are one of the best exercises you can do. You have to train the entire body not just specific parts.

QFT

STFU and squat.

I don't work my legs too much because of this knee injury I had a few years ago, that always seems to happen every once in a while.. Where all my knee muscle just falls apart, and so my knees hurt like crazy...

I do bench press for my max though... More strength than endurance... I got 150 lbs down heh.
