I currently have 19 windows open, one of which is a firefox window with 21 tabs open, and I still have 2.2GB of ram free.

here (edit - 1gb of ram was removed since windows wouldn't recognize more than 3.25, so having 4 was kind of a waste)

if you have two monitors, it can create a secondary taskbar on the second monitor.
programs on monitor 1 will show up on the main taskbar
programs on monitor two will show up on the secondary taskbar
