or try this (if you have photoshop)

Make new file, and have it be 10000x10000 pixels with a 500 Resolution
Pick your two favorite colors and then do a Gradient in the direction of your choice

then sit back, relax and watch your PC fall to it's knees. :)

i did that (sorta) with premiere filmstrip files (all the frames of your movie in one giant image) iirc it was about 6 gigs. a simple thing like adjusting output levels took my comp a few hours...

here (edit - 1gb of ram was removed since windows wouldn't recognize more than 3.25, so having 4 was kind of a waste)

41secs on a lowly A64 2800 with a gig of RAM... Running with ambient 400mb of RAM free and 50% CPU usage.

hmm, that only took my 1.5 year old laptop 5-6 seconds. (3.2 GHz P4, 1GB DC-DDR400, 800 MHz FSB).

if you have two monitors, it can create a secondary taskbar on the second monitor.

programs on monitor 1 will show up on the main taskbar
programs on monitor two will show up on the secondary taskbar

i find it very useful...

Took about 30 seconds here. 25 to calculate it and 5 to apply it. 640MB of memory.

exclusively for mulitiple monitors. I was gonna suggest this exact thing he definately needs Ultramon. Its a necessity with dual monitors.
