I used to get a bonus during my yearly review. I haven't gotten anything like that in the last 3. I think I'm actually making LESS now than I did three years ago.

Well, I get paid twice a month, and the bonus was one month salary (I'm modest, but it was a 4 figure bonus (not including decimals either 🙂 )).

That's poor. If you're a full time employee and there's more than 4 people in the company, there should be some kind of holiday bonus. Hell, my boss at the catering company I used to work at 15 years ago handed out $100 bills to the employees- and he really couldn't even afford it!

hmm i get my quarterly bonuses + christmas bonuses and my chrismas one was $1500.. quarterly's usually hover there - 3000 as well. Apparently Best Buy treats their employees quite well 😱

No christmas bonus here, but spouse gets bonuses in January, February, and July. And stock option grants in April. And an extra week of vacation next year for finishing a project. Woohoo

I am making less than I was 3 years ago. When I went back to school I was forced to take a $6k/year paycut and I am still making the same amount I was 3 years ago. I got a Christmas bonus but it was also less than I got 3 years ago.

There are no words to describe how much I hate my job. I've been there 8 years, 6 as a supervisor. I am very reliable (3 total sick days used in the last 3 years), an efficient, hard worker (my work is always done on time and correctly). My reward for that is no raise for the past 3 years and then this week, my internet access was cutoff, and "fun" files I had on my office machine were deleted, and I suspect a keylogger has been installed on the machine. I actually get a headache on my way to work just thinking about being there. I am desperately trying to find a new job for when I graduate in May so I can just walk out of there when the time comes.
