My reward for that is no raise for the past 3 years and then this week, my internet access was cutoff, and "fun" files I had on my office machine were deleted, and I suspect a keylogger has been installed on the machine. I actually get a headache on my way to work just thinking about being there. I am desperately trying to find a new job for when I graduate in May so I can just walk out of there when the time comes.

Have you asked for one? 😕 I brought up the fact that I haven't had a raise in 2 years and I got one. If you don't get one, you can then ask why 🙂

That's poor. If you're a full time employee and there's more than 4 people in the company, there should be some kind of holiday bonus. Hell, my boss at the catering company I used to work at 15 years ago handed out $100 bills to the employees- and he really couldn't even afford it!

Yeah, that's about the only downside to this company. Its about 5k large, no bonuses except for corporate awards/patents. I'm lucky my boss takes our department out for lunch! Oh well, everything else is great tho so no complaints!
