what bothers me is that she is probably of average intelligence, which scares me... 50% of everyone else comparable to her is capable of dumber shit than this :(

i realized the other day that i don't like being smart... i witness so much dumb shit that i wish i was dumb so it would just seem like "regular shit"

Talk to Dell?

I know I'm reaching here, but I'm going assume they have laws against credit card fraud and extortion in India.

I like how the story randomly throws in there is a 14 year old daughter in the house.

It doesn't even make sense when they throw it in. "There's no getting around the fact that Tara Fitzgerald was faced with an embarrassing situation and a 14-year-old daughter in the house."

So there's no getting around the fact that Tara Fitzgerald was faced with a 14-year-old daughter in the house? I suppose there is no getting around that. :hmm:

She says she has contacted an attorney and is considering legal action against Dell.

Somehow those who are too stupid to function in life can still always manage to find a lawyer.

Apparently there is 1,143,358 lawyers in the USA at the end of 2007. They have to eat too.

"Let them eat cake."

Oh wait. Retracted. It did not end well for those who (allegedly) have said that in the past...

Dell: Hey lets outsource our tech support. It will save a ton of money and what can go wrong...

:)

For those that don;t know Dell also outsourced their Business side for tech support but found it was so bad they had to bring it back to the US. Guess they should have done the same on the personel side as well.
