No, she would have preferred that the police didn't hand over her address to the restaurant owner.

And instead shown up at her house to arrest her for stealing the services of the bathroom.

Those are the 2 choices.

What private purposes? What I person walked into a 7/11 and walked out with a big gulp without paying?

Do you think the LEO would be wrong to use the registration database for "private purposes" then?

I'm pretty sure that the way to handle that is not to hand out her address, but to deal with it the proper way by arresting her for theft.

This - or hand delivering a note from the business saying "pay up or we file charges" or something. Abuse of information.
