strange. how big of a "rock" can you fit in a mcD's burger? they're quite thin.

Hell, look at all the other symptoms she claims. The rock is the least of her problems. 😀

Wow, has the US begun exporting lawyers? I thought this was a largely US phenomenon.

Say it ain't so!

[Edit]

As a result of the bad burger, Hennessey says she's suffered a loss of libido, as well as depression, nightmares, anxiety, nausea, palpitations, diarrhea, shortness of breath and toothache.

Hahahahahaha 😀

[Edit 2] As in, she's making it up. Phew.

Don't believe it. Australia is quite a litigous place, IIRC we are second on the list of litigous countries (only behind the US).

I remember watching a special about these types of people. They had highlights from security cameras that showed people deliberately dumping liquids in grocery store aisles and then going back to "slip" on them later.

Heartbreakers has a few of these scams in the movie.

THats what you get for eating at Mcdonalds. The rock was probably the best thing for her in that burger. She should get a big FU from an Australian jury. I don't think they will tolerate this nonsense.

The lawyers that take these gold-digger cases and attempt to get a multi-million dollar judgement on behalf of their client's so-called "pain and suffering" need to spend a few weeks in a prison to have some large convicts teach them the true meaning of the words "pain and suffering"! 🙂

So, aren't all of her symptoms things that will probably naturally occur in the 4+ years since she supposedly found this rock?

I sense a McD's marketing opportunity here - EXTREME McDonalds! Try our new, exciting burger and see what wacky symptoms you get! So effective that we're being sued in Australia!!!
