With $6000, nothing to buy and nothing you need, what would you do?

I have money I don't know what to do with it. I try to convince myself to blow it on anything - laptops, LCDs, clothes, but nothing really comes into effect.

Should I try to gamble it away on poker? Or invest it? Or just let it sit in savings accounts...

I have a car, I have a computer, I have a crappy laptop. A cellphone, a digicam, an mp3 player. I don't think I really need anything else...

So please, ideas. 😉

edit: And I have a girl, so the sechs is $0.

Invest it in income oriented stocks.

Change it all in for pennies then put it in a big silo like vault and swim in it like Uncle Scrooge from Duck Tails!!!!

Thats what I'd do at least.

if I had a gun to my head and had to blow it? I'd probably by a niiice hdtv.

but in reality, I'd put it in a savings account for a rainy day. never know when my car is gonna die or the roof will spring a leak.

too bad you cant go back in time and buy google stock when it was only $90 a share 🙁

That's not investing. That's gambling. Oh how I miss the go-go days of 98-2000 when stocks would move $100 in a day. Those were some fun times. Real Estate bubble has nothing on the tech stock bubble.

Yea, Real Estate has always been interesting but I doubt I could get into it with just 6K. It's in savings right now but I'd like to see a higher MARR.
