I'm surprised this isn't one of the top issues being discussed here-or even posted here yet (unless my lame search skills are to blame). Last night the WI Supreme Court ruled that the current stay at home order in Wisconsin is invalid, Further they made their order effective immediately even though there will be at least a two week delay to implement the procedure the four person GOP court majority and the GOP legislators wanted.
Covid-19 is on the rise in WI-Racine County (just south of Milwaukee) is one of the fastest rising in the country.
The Tavern League called for their members to immediately open their bars upon the issuance of this decision.
I am so sick of these partisan hacks destroying what was a great state.
I predict this decision is going to be copied by other GOP controlled courts across the country. We won't have to wait until fall for the next surge.
