150 is just a redesign of the 250, same quality but cheaper for them to manufacture.

350 adds hardware MPEG2 decoding, which might be useful if you want to do other things besides record and playback, but MPEG2 playback only uses something like 500 MHz of your CPU so not really worth it for most people.

The "mce" versions don't come with software or remote, they are meant to be used with Windows Media Center Edition and a MCE remote.
