"Upgrades" ARE full versions.

You can format your drive and boot this "upgrade" just like the full version. The only difference is this "upgrade" version will ask you to insert and previous copy of windows. Thats all. You insert the previous copy of windows, It spins the CD to verify its windows, and the installation continues.....

Very true. But go ahead, pay top dollar for the "Full" version when you probably don't need it anyway :)

He means that in his opinion, win2k is a superior OS. At least that's what it seems.

Did a Quick search of the site, couldn't find any Rebate , or this could be usefull, still not a bad deal

Just got ad paper and no help there too. No answers to $50 rebate.:frown:
Did show the rebate in ad but no more.

Checked the ad and it's on page 8
Went to Ben's Bargains and it's already been posted there, ( that's how I found the info on the ad ), Guess, right now we are waiting for someone to stop at a BOGUS Buy and buy one, and supply more info.
