Windows Xp "hangs" for about 1 min

it seems that am the only one with no TV tuner
i was doing something testing and when i was fooling around with the sound card like disable it in the bios
windows for the first time did not hang at all but after that i restarted again and the back to the same old thing i use ac97 onboard sound maby this is what we all got?

You can see my laptop specs above, i have no tv tuner, i think it was probably a side effect of an update from MS. The problem started this past semester, and I've had the comp for 2 years now. Something must have been changed with netowork services in an update dealing with security patches. I would say the only fix would to be uninstall certain specific critical updates (not me), or wait for MS to address the problem (not likely). I can live with it if I know others are suffering with it. I'm never in that big of a hurry to get online. I vould always plan ahead and start the comp a minute earlier, but that would require superman-like foresight.

I'm using onboard sound with the VIA 4-in-1 drivers. The driver I have is the Avance AC'97 Audio for VIA (R) Audio Controller.

Whel as far as i can see the drivers are at least a bit diffrent
one time i was reading a poast about the same problem someone sad that you need to disable
a service form (Control Panel - Administrative Tools- Services and applications- services)
a lot of them there am no expert at this deam hope someone helps us :)

Finaly i got something all of you need to look at first read this Download this text file
then get this program Boot wizard install it run it
and see what driver takes so long to load what hapens to me is the program still loads faster then my network maby one of you can get it right
