Of course. Everyone will, as Microsoft is activating the "one world, one OS" system -- cleverly packaged in all those recent "security updates" -- when Longhorn launches. Accessing the internet with any previous version of Windows will automatically activate a 30-day countdown, at which point your computer will reformat itself if you don't have Longhorn installed.

On an unrelated note, it is really hard to put 17 layers of tin foil on your head and not have one of 'em fall off.

I'd like to look into it, it depends on pricing, upgraded features, and future support of XP.

yes even though winFS will now be back ported to WinXP aswell, there are other extras. i mprob won't right away though because of bugs, also will depend on price how fast i will purchase it, or if i wilget it for free =x

Doubtful. It took me over 2 years to finally make the move from 2k to XP. I'm comfortable where I am now.

Yeah, I'm hoping for that as well...I'd rather not give up my XP Pro 32-bit license. Paid only $5 for it though. :)
