Windows 10 MBR mode.

Is there a way to install windows 10 on my hardrive in MBR mode?

I tried converting it to mbr in the command prompt before I installed windows. It said it was converted, but after installation, I checked, and no dice. It was GPT.

Can anyone help me out?

Forgive me, I'm still a sapling. It just struck me, though - Legacy mode is same as IDE mode? I should be able to format in MBR mode if I switch to IDE instead of AHCI in bios? 😛
