I reported that quite a while ago and it's happened several times since. Just delete the files as usual. The clean time is longer but all files will delete. The size has been associated with a large update which, the system says, requires storing a duplicate of each updated file. But that seems ridiculous as well.

I get this all the time in Win10 on my 256gb SSD. It's funny you made this thread because I just installed a rather large cumulative update and I always run disk clean up after and guess what......yep it happened again.

I've seen it. Doesn't seem to really matter or affect anything.

Do not ask why 3.99 TB. :fearscream:

Just run Disk Cleanup when it comes up click on Clean System Files (down left).

When the moving bar gets to the end (near the word cancel), let Run for a while.

If after 15 Min it does not terminate by itself ClickCancel and re-Run again the App. The second time it will finish and self terminate.
