Window Update Patch = System Slowdown!!

It's back up to Critical status. Must've been fixed w/ the patch.

Installed the new patch yesterday, running noticeably faster,
the problem of Explorer hogging the CPU is gone.

Does this patch need that the older is installed? Or can I install it without the old one?

You can install it without the old one, just go to windows updates and install the "critical" stuff.

When it's all said and done I would still rather have the updates than just leaving it the way it was when it was released.
